Service guy was very nice, came a little earlier than expected. He was prepared to install a new thermostat and was very quick and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me how to change the settings and also wired it into the electricity so no more batteries. He also set it where the light guy would stay on so you can see the temp easily. It is located at the end of a dark hallway.

GWNy plumbing did a great job in putting in a pressure valve and replacing a water pressure valve on top of my Hot Water Heater 01/31/2025 at 2:00pm . Thank you Duke 👍🏼

Joe and Matt were prompt and the work they did was excellent. I would highly recommend them! They installed ceiling pocket lights for us. The contract only required installation with me doing the follow-up dry wall repair. The installation was done with very minimal damage. They also ran outlets in my 4-season room and walked me through all the options to make sure it worked for our needs. Great professional work! Reasonable pricing!

Gwyn Services had a return to my home to check my water heater. They was very respectful of my home. I had recalled them to check my water heater and they responded very quickly and handled my services very well. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood my problem very well. We have worked with Gwyn for new installation and service. This most recent call was for service. Our technician, Jessey, was very friendly, transparent, and honest. Where we could have easily been "taken for a ride" by a fictitious repair, we were shown were a wire on our heat pump had come loose causing the unit not to enter a thaw cycle. You have to take the easy repairs with the big ones. Thank you, Gwyn Services and Jessey for your service and integrity.

Thank you Mark for a great job well done. "You are the best." Mark is a friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable technician. After 50+ years as an electrical, plumbing and HVAC technician, I know if someone knows what they are doing and Mark knows his trade. Mark arrived on time, asked what the problem was. He went outside and in a few minutes he had diagnosed and repaired the condensing unit and washed the dirt and grass off of the coils. Unit works great!! Again, thank you Gwyn Services and Mark Duzan for your excellent services. I will call you next season for my maintenance service.

Gwyn Services was great! They promptly returned our call after hours on the weekend and let us know who our service technician would be and that he would be out ASAP. Jessey, was professional and rapidly diagnosed the issue with our furnace. He quickly made the repair and kept us informed through his visit.
